I am really far behind on my celebrity gossip news. I pretty much
only pay attention to celebrity-athletes like A-Rod and Tank Johnson.
So I was definitely surprised to read that Tony Romo dumped Carrie
Underwood... probably due to his 5 INT game against the Bills. But
Carrie has moved on, now
dating Nate from Gossip Girl. Romo is rumored to be going after
Gossip Girl's Julie Cooper character.

This is Relationship 101. When you have a fight with “the

their pages. That usually gets the point across that you’re
not talking to them. So, I held out for seven days. I went on strike

Tim
Layden on Alan Webb and Bernard Lagat - "You have been
subjected to this recollection because it came crashing back into
my brain late Wednesday night in the painful minutes that followed
the final of the 1,500 meters on the floor of Osaka Nagai Stadium.
Bernard Lagat, 32, the Kenyan expatriate who was competing in his
first world championships as a U.S. citizen, won the gold medal
with a withering sprint finish. He wrapped himself in an American
flag and thanked God for blessing his life.
Webb finished
a struggling eighth and flogged himself relentlessly. Ninety-two
hundredths of a second separated them at the finish, a time too
brief to speak either of their names, yet long enough to decisively
-- if not irretrievably -- alter their place in track and field
history. Lagat, already in possession of Olympic bronze (2000) and
silver (2004) medals, is now a world champion and the first U.S.
gold medalist at any global championship since Mel Sheppard at the
1908 Olympic Games. Webb is the fast prodigy who can't win medals.
That's harsh medicine, but nobody knows its truth better than Webb."

Lagat ran another tactically perfect race. Dope boy, Ramzi, took

Webb speaks: It
was a colossal breakdown. I've changed nothing really. I thought
I had more left than I did. I wish I could learn a lesson from that,
but I learned nothing. I got nothing out of it. If I wanted to get
seventh, I would have run for seventh and gotten seventh, or whatever
the hell I got. I didn't come to get seventh, I came to get first.
